The S200SX 7670 is one of the highest performing turbos Full-Race ever tested - AND one of the best values we've ever seen in the turbo industry. Designed as a fast spooling and versatile turbocharger, BW chose the twinscroll T4 footprint to make it a bolt-on to any twinscroll T4 turbo manifold. It is clear to see significant gains everywhere in the RPM range with the S200SX over the GTX. The S200SX compressor uses a 7-blade Extended-Tip design w/ 56mm inducer & 76mm exducer rated at 58lb/min. 3" inlet 2" outlet compressor housing comes standard, 4" ported shroud inlet 2" outlet compressor housing optional. The S200SX turbine wheel is a 10 blade turbine with exceptional blade aero, shared with the EFR family. Comes standard with T3 sized openings. Full-Race recommends porting the turbine housing inlets to match T4 size openings. Comes standard with a 1.22 A/R Twinscroll T4 turbine housing (recommended). 1.15, 1.09, 1.00 and .83 A/R Twinscroll T4 housings are also available <1.22 is recommended for all twinscroll applications> Journal Bearing and Oil Cooled only (watercooling and BB CHRA not applicable).
Full-Race Recommends machining the BW/Airwerks turbocharger outlet and welding on a 3" Vband flange in the Garrett 40R location. This allows the BW/Airwerks turbo to bolt up to ANY aftermarket Twinscroll T4 that would normally fit a T04Z, GT40R, T66, etc.
Note: Turbine housing comes with a standard Borg Warner flange. The 3" Vband flange is an additional $150.
